No. Level 1 starts with putting the sax together and making your first note. Plenty of our members had never played a note before joining, and a good number started in their sixties and seventies.

Yes. Levels 6 to 9 cover improvisation, altissimo, advanced rhythm, tone and live performance, and there are guest masterclasses from players including Grace Kelly, Leo P, Andy Snitzer and Fred Vigdor. Plenty of our members are gigging musicians.

Both, and it's included either way. Music is provided in both Eb and Bb, so you can switch instruments whenever you like without paying again or starting over.

Not at all. Every lesson is taught on video so you can watch and copy. If you want to learn to read, there are courses for that too — but it's entirely your choice.
